Shaken, Not Stirred
If you’re looking for a movie this weekend, James Bond never fails to deliver. Quantum of Solace premiers this Friday and it looks action-packed and delicious. The cast welcomes back blond Bond Daniel Craig and Dame Judi Dench as M. Quantum of Solace introduces Bond girl Olga Kurylenko who is Ukranian and, according to Rolling Stone magazine, “perhaps the dullest Bond girl ever.” Ouch. British actress Gemma Arterton plays Agent Strawberry Fields and seems sufficiently adorable, so maybe all is not lost. She’s a ginger! For those who can’t get enough Bond, the movie website gives a nice summary of the movie, as well as games, videos, and pictures.
If you want to see Quantum of Solace, I would recommend you go early to the Benson ticket office (located on the 3rd floor adjacent to the Student Union office, open weekdays from 9 to 5:30) to get a discounted ticket.
