Davidson gives free ride to NCAA

School wearing you out? Sad we aren’t playing post-season basketball? Like to travel for free? You should be at Davidson then.  According to the News & Record , after its best season in 40 years, Davidson is offering free bus fare, hotel accommodations and game tickets to the Wildcat NCAA game this Friday.I’m always down for a come-from-nowhere team. Go Cats!

Bid for a Repeat

The Journey Has Started

The Wake Forest Men’s Soccer Team has begun their bid to repeat as National Champions.  If you have never seen the soccer team play before you are missing a great display of coaching, skill, and speed.  Finishing the season undefeated, the Deacs look toward Texas for the championship this December.  On a cold night before Thanksgiving break, the Demon Deacons fought a resilient William and Mary team winning in overtime during the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament.  You have the opportunity to see the Deacons play at home at least one more time November 30 and maybe another on December 6.  Come out and support the best men’s soccer team in the country as they look to become the 2009 College Cup Champions.
