Censorship at its finest
According to the Houston Chronicle, a January edition of a Iowa junior high school paper was pulled of the racks this month for containing a recipe calling for schnapps.
Miller (the school’s Principal) described the mistake as an honest one, saying the student who submitted the recipe thought schnapps was a type of candy.
Right, and gin is just a card game.
In honor of collegiate freedom of the press, I suggest everyone create the Old Gold & Black’s “Drink of the Week”.
